First time shopping at StreetOutlet? Here's a tutorial covering the basics of our site and how to shop. Click here to get the tutorial in a separate window Klicka här.

Become a member
To shop at Zoovillage, you have to become a member. To do that, go to the member page. Fill out the form under the headline "Become a member" (A), and click on the "Register"-button (D). To be sure that you're really who you say you are, we will send you an e-mail that you have to confirm before your membership account is activated. Get your verification e-mail and follow the instructions within.

When you shop at StreetOutlet you don't have to log in before you make your order, but to get access to the handy member functions, you might as well log in right away. To do that, look in the top left corner of the page - there you'll find the login form. Submit the e-mail address (1) and the password (2) you entered upon registering for your membership. If you're logging in at home you can choose to automatically login in the future by marking the "Remember me" checkbox (3) - do not do this if you're logging in on a public computer as that will result in other people visiting Zoovillage after you automatically will log in as you. Finally, press "Login" (4).

Browsing the store
There are many different ways to find what you're looking for at Zoovillage. You find them in the left column, where the menus for shopping and navigating always are accessible..
By clicking any of the dropdown menus at the top left (A) you can choose which clothes you want to see, either by brand or by category (every category has subcategories to facilitate your search. For example you can choose between browsing "Pants" or just "Pants -> Jeans").
The search function (B) searches through the clothes' brand, colour, name, type and description.
This is a very handy tool: If you know what the garment you're looking for is called, you can of course type in the garment's name and search for it, but by combining search strings you can find clothes with just the right properties, without even knowing about them.
For example, you can search for "Adidas shoes" to get a list of all the shoes from Adidas. Add colors and you'll find the clothes you look for in a specific color; a search for "red" will list everything that is red.
Note that the garment descriptions doesn't always contain every piece of information about a garment, which means they might be excluded from the search results even though they have the functions you are looking for.
If you want to check out what's new, simply click on "New in store" (C). There you'll always find the most recent clothes, the same second as they're added to our database.

Shopping
When you've chosen brand or category you'll get an overview of the garments matching that selection. Above the garments you'll find a menu where you can change this selection. In the three drop down-menus you choose which brand you wish to view (1), which category you wish to view (2) and how they should be sorted (3) (note that this sorting doesn't exclude anything - "Sort by: Women" just means that women's clothing are sorted before unisex- and men's clothing).
By combining the drop down-menus you can sort the selection to see the most relevant clothes first, for example "Evisu - Jeans - Latest arrivals".
By default you'll see twelve garments per page, but this can be changed (4). If there's more garments than the number you've chosen to see per page, you can browse the pages by clicking the left and right arrows (5).
When you see a garment you're interested of, you can either click on the picture of that garment, or on "Info/Buy" to see more detailed information about the product. You'll then see a bigger picture, along with price (A), available sizes (B), description (C), washing instructions (D) and measurements (E) (washing instructions and measurements are not entered when deemed superfluous). If there are many pictures of the garment, you'll see miniature of these to the right of the big picture (F); click on these to enlarge them. If you want an even bigger version of the currently showing picture, click on "Show details" (G) - this opens a new window were you'll see the picture in huge format.
To browse different items in "detailed view", you can click the arrows above the garment (H). You can go back to the overview by clicking "Back" (I).
If you've decided that you want the garment, read the description (C) thoroughly, as it might contain important information about the garment that the picture cannot convey. Then compare measurements. This is important as different brands indicate sizes differently (i.e. Eckö´s medium garments are always bigger than Cheap Monday's). To be sure that the garment you order fits, we recommend that you measure a similar garment that fits you well (lay it on a flat surface and measure) and compare the measurements you get with the ones Zoovillage has stated (E).
If you find a size that seems right, highlight the size (B) (if a size is missing it means it's sold out; don't worry, we always try to purchase more of items that sell out) and click "Add to cart", right under the list of available sizes. Your garment is now added to your shopping cart.

The shopping cart
Regardless of what page you are on, you always have the navigation column on the left. That's where you find the shopping cart (1), which shows how many objects you've added, and how much they cost. To view a list of its contents and continue to the checkout, click the button "View cart".
When viewing the shopping cart you'll see a list of garments you've added (2). Every item is listed separately, so if you've added three beanies of the same kind you'll see them as three separate entries. If you want to remove a single garment, click the button "Remove" at the corresponding row (3). If you want to empty the cart altogether, click "Empty cart" (4). When you're satisfied with the contents of the shopping cart, click "Proceed to checkout" (5).

Checkout
While you're in the checkout, remember that you haven't bought anything until you've completed step 3 - before that you can cancel your order at any time.
Since you're already logged in, this form will already be filled out with your information. (If you're not logged in, just enter your e-mail address and password and click "Log in". If you've forgotten your password just fill in your e-mail address and under (B) and your password will be sent to you )
Check that your contact information is correct (A), and that the price (B) is right. If you want to change any information, just edit the textboxes; if the price is wrong go to the shopping cart and check its contents. Click "Continue" (B) to continue to step 2.

Step2
Time to enter your payment information (1). Pick the delivery option (2) that suits you the best (you may have more than one option depending on your country). If you have a gift certificate or a discount coupon, enter this into the text box at figure (3).
When you've filled out the forms, click "Continue" (4).
